We believe in showing up with both expertise and heart.
Bravely is built on the belief that healing happens through connection—and that starts with the people behind the care. Meet the humans who make this space safe, supportive, and rooted in purpose.

Megan is a licensed clinical social worker, school social worker, and mom of four with a deep passion for helping kids, teens, and families feel seen and supported. With years of experience in schools and private practice, Megan brings a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach to every session—grounded in attachment theory, compassion, and real-life understanding.
As a parent of children with ADHD and anxiety, Megan knows firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate behaviors, systems, and emotions that don’t come with an instruction manual. She founded Bravely to be the kind of space she wishes every family could access: calm, clear, and genuinely caring.
