Do your best work in a place that cares.
We’re not just building a practice- we’re building a team of passionate, mission-driven clinicians who believe every child, parent and family deserves to feel truly seen. If thats you, we’d love to meet you!
Why Bravely?
Mission- Driven
Every decision is guided by our values- not volume or revenue.
Neurodivergent- Affirming
A practice built around celebrating different brains- in clients and clinicians.
Room to Grow
Collaboration, consultation and support built into how we work together.
Work-Life Balance
Flexible scheduling that actually respects your life outside the office.
OUR CULTURE
We want teammates, not just contractors.
A lot of group practices offer a desk and a referral list. We offer something different- a team that actually talks to each other, consults together and cares about the work we are doing. Bravely is small by design and growing with intention. When you join us, you’re not just filling a slot. You’re helping shape what this practice becomes.
Compassion is non-negotiable.
We approach every client-and every colleague- with genuine warmth and care.
Advocacy is part of the job.
We go to bat for our clients inside and outside the therapy room. We expect the same from our team.
Passion over perfection
We want clinicians who are genuinely lit up by this work- not just collecting hours.
Whole clinician wellness matters
We take burnout seriously. Your sustainability as a clinician is part of our mission.
JOIN OUR TEAM
If you’re ready to join a team that cares about you and honors what you bring to the table, we want to talk to you!
Are you a Limited License clinician? You are welcome, too!
