Every child is different—and so is every family. We offer a range of services to support emotional wellness, behavior, and connection, all rooted in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care.

Our services

Therapy

We work one-on-one with children and adolescents to help them build emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, anger, trauma, or social challenges, we meet them where they are—through play, conversation, movement, or mindfulness.

Ages 4–21

In-person recommended | Virtual options available

School Collaboration + Advocacy

We work alongside schools to build bridges—not barriers. From attending IEP/504 meetings to helping craft behavior plans or collaborating with school social workers, we believe in supporting the whole child across all environments. We’re also available for educator consultations and trauma-informed school training.

Parent- or school-initiated collaboration Consent always required

Parent Coaching + Support

You’re not meant to do this alone. We support parents and caregivers with tools, education, and insight to help you understand your child’s behavior and feel more confident in your parenting. This is a collaborative space where your questions, worries, and hopes are all welcome.

Best for caregivers of neurodivergent, sensitive or struggling children.

Family Sessions

Sometimes healing means sitting down together. We offer family-based sessions to improve communication, build connection, and repair ruptures in safe and supportive ways. These may include caregiver-child work or whole-family conversations, depending on your needs.

Rates + Insurance

We believe therapy should be both accessible and sustainable. Our current private pay rate is $150 per 50-minute session. We also accept many major insurance plans and are happy to verify your benefits before you begin.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, we are working to become credentialed with several Medicaid plans. If you’re unsure whether we’re covered under your child’s plan, reach out and we’ll walk you through the process.

  • 1. Initial Call or Email

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to learn a bit more and answer your questions.

  • 2. Insurance + Paperwork

We'll verify your benefits (if using insurance) and send digital intake forms.

  • 3. First Appointment

This is a low-pressure session where we begin getting to know your child and your family. We'll complete a bio-psycho-social assessment—a fancy term for piecing together the puzzle of who your child is, what they’ve been through, and how we can best support them.

  • Ongoing Care

Sessions are typically weekly at first. We check in regularly to make sure we’re on the right path, adjusting the plan as needed. Parents and caregivers are always part of the process.
